Should you re-assign your lease mid-way through or move out for any reason, you will have the ability to begin your account’s early termination process.
What does that mean? In order for us to early terminate your policy, we will need the following items confirmed by your building’s management.
- You moved out in good standing with the building (i.e. rent paid up to date)
- No damages will be filed on your behalf
Should both be confirmed by management, we will refund you any charges post move out and/or stop any further payments post move out.
